Pulse Fitness Gym

There are two city gyms run by Pulse: one in the World Trade Centre, in downtown Accra, and another at Lizzy Sports Complex. At the latter there’s a huge range of machines, plus a couple of large studios. You’ll find an array of classes on offer, including spinning, kickboxing and African dance.
