Jolleys Boathouse is an enduring Adelaide fine-dining restaurant down on a becalmed bend of the River Torrens, where no one goes very often except joggers and swans. The vibe inside is nautical but not kitsch, with a hint of yacht in the floorboards and marine colour scheme. Chef Tony Carroll plates up Asian-inspired Mod Oz delights to city-slicker power-lunchers and groups of ladies doing it far from tough. Superb SA wines and craft beers are on offer.
