While some of us are clinging to the very last crumbs of Euro summer, the rest of us at home are busy building our 2027 bucket lists. If you’re in the latter group, it’s your lucky week: Virgin Australia has just launched a mammoth Europe early bird sale, with return fares to London, Rome, Paris, Barcelona and more.
The sale is live now and ends on Friday, October 30 (unless sold out prior). Fares are valid across two main travel windows: January 17 to March 14, 2027 and April 17 to June 8, 2027 (though some blackout periods apply).
Early bird sale flights start from just $1,641 return for Perth to Barcelona, with epic deals also available from Australia’s major cities (departing Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide) to London (Heathrow), Paris, Rome, Athens, Amsterdam, Dublin and Manchester. From any of these European hotspots, you can easily hop on a train, bus or flight to wherever your heart desires.
As a heads-up, all flights include a stopover in Doha through Virgin’s partnership with Qatar Airways. Take advantage of the transit time to explore ‘The Orchard’ (a massive indoor tropical garden), grab a photo with the iconic ‘Lamp Bear’ or even hit the airport spa.
