Praise and rejoice – it is Negroni Week across the globe and the talented mixologists of Chiang Mai are embracing the celebration with aplomb. Anantara Chiang Mai Resort is hosting an extensive ‘From Italy to Lanna: One river, six stories’, with six hyper local Negroni variations to order at Brit Bar or aboard their JAO Ping River Cruise. HONG's Sky Bar on the InterContinental hotel’s rooftop has a dedicated Negroni Week menu slinging from 5pm daily with views to die for. And of course, the best cocktail bars in the city are going at it hammer and tongs – Surr, Noir, White Rabbit and Bar Not Found are just a few to add to your list.
