The Chinatown Lunar New Year Parade will take place on Sunday, March 1. Attendees can line Wentworth Avenue to see marching bands, decorated floats and traditional lion dancers. The colorful procession begins at 24th Street and Wentworth Avenue at 1pm, traveling north to Cermak Road.
Uptown's Argyle Lunar New Year Celebration happens on Saturday, February 21. The parade starts at 1pm at Argyle Street and Sheridan Road. More than 20 local community groups will be marching. In addition, there will be a host of performances and family-friendly activities to enjoy.
