Chicago Polar Plunge

Brave the cold and head to North Avenue Beach this March for the Chicago Polar Plunge, which sends thousands of shivering participants into the icy waters of Lake Michigan to raise money for Special Olympics Illinois. Can't make it to North Aveunue this year? You can still donate to the cause. All participating plungers will receive free parking at Lincoln Park Zoo, a souvenir T-shirt and towel when exiting the water.
