Mirakul

One of a row of half-a-dozen smart but similar bars on the Iva Vojnovića strip popularised by local youth far away from the tourist beat, Mirakul lines up alongside Cohiba, Paradiso, Apollo, Petrunjela and XLNT – but these names may change with each summer. Fashionable twentysomethings fraternise with the opposite sex in spruce surroundings, with a couple of flat-screen TVs (sport, fashion) competing with a background of conversation-level domestic pop sounds for entertainment. However mainstream, it's still good to see life going on beyond the Old Town.
