Beautifully situated, Defne occupies the roof terrace of the Old Town's five-star hotel, one of its three restaurants. The emphasis is on Mediterranean/Near Eastern cuisine, so as well as Croatian seafood starters you also get a choice of Turkish mezzes and Spanish tapas. Mains include exquisitely grilled lamb and beef, or local fish with traditional potato and blitva accompaniment.
