Near the upper entrance to the Hotel Kompas, the Eden is a comfortable place in which to enjoy seafood, steak and superior starter dishes, not least from its panoramic roof terrace festooned with greenery. The interior is by no means shabby either, all bright colours and modern art on the walls. Frog's legs, anchovies on toast and lobster soup feature among the starters, mains include beefsteak with lobster (120kn) and a fondu for two (180kn). Quality labels (Grgić 350kn, Zlatan Plavac Barrique 290kn) amid the local wines.
