The flagship restaurant of the oldest hotel on Hvar, the Palace is in keeping with the historic character of its surroundings. The fare on offer is typically Dalmatian – fish grills, seafood delicacies and succulent meat dishes, including steak tartare prepared at your table, and pork medallions with gorgonzola and soya sauce tagliatelle – served as a live band and singer entertain with jazz and blues standards.
