A hotel restaurant (attached to the nearby Neptune), Zoe enjoys a to die-for location on the seaside footpath linking the beaches of Lapad with the hotels of Babin kuk. The terrace is a great place to soak up fine views of the barren coastal hills north of the city, while dining on grilled or baked fish. The traditional desserts are excellent, and it's worth making a coffee-and-cake stop here to try them out.
