One of the latest drinking destinations in Central, Top Town American Seafood Bar offers stunning views of the Hong Kong skyline, complemented by contemporary Italian-American dishes, quality drinks, and warm service. Owned by F&B industry veteran Gian Franco Razzani, a passionate and sociable Abruzzo native, Top Town opens on Stanley Street simultaneously with its sister venue, Manhattan-Italian Restaurant Oro, located one floor down. The bar is decked in art deco, referencing the glamour of Manhattan penthouses in the Jazz Age that makes guests feel like they're stepping into the set of The Great Gatsby. Enjoy an extensive list of Italian wines and signature concoctions crafted by bar manager Vanderson 'Vandy' Santos Da Costa. Must-tries on the menu include the refreshing Chipilo ($128), a Paloma-mojito riff using mezcal and tequila with bergamot liqueur, or the Negroni twist called Influencer ($128) using Akori Sakura Gin and Glendalough Rose Gin, with notes of berries and kaffir.
