Civic Square in Elements Mall welcomes a new Parisian-style bistro this June, brought to us by the team behind popular restaurants like Ink, Hue, and Soho's Big Sur. This new restaurant serves up French comfort food and heavenly desserts, to be eaten inside or al fresco. The restaurant takes inspiration from the street-side cafe culture of France's capital, with an interior that is elegant yet casual, with light walls and modern, wooden furnishings. Choose from offerings like shared salumi platters, mussels, pistachio terrine, classic cheeseburgers, and steaks made with free-range Australian beef. If you want to wash all this down, check out the extensive wine menu, which boasts over 40 types, or why not order a signature cocktail like the Beefit, which is crafted from wagyu beef fat-washed bourbon, smoky whisky, burnt honey syrup and bitter, and garnished with house-made wagyu jerky. For dessert, there are a selection of scrumptious daily cakes served by the slice with crème fraîche, and chocolate tarts.
