Lin Heung House (Tsuen Wan)

Sister branch of the historic dim sum restaurant Lin Heung Tea House in Central. The menu here is much like the old, with a focus on time-honoured dim sum items such as siu mai with quail’s egg and Malaysian sponge cake.
