One of many new Japanese restaurant openings in Hong Kong, Yakiniku Jikon opens in K11 Musea and combines the concept of kaiseki (Japanese haute cuisine) with yakiniku (grilled meat). The menu, headed by yakiniku expert chef Hiromi Nomura, focuses on premium A5 Wagyu from Kagoshima grilled to what they call the ‘Wagyu golden ratio’ which is the perfect balance of meat, fat, and umami.
