Carnivores will no longer need to make the pilgrimage to Japan for a taste of Yakiniku Jumbo’s premium cuts, as Global Link Dining Collection – the same group that brought us Sushi Saito – have opened the first overseas branch in Hong Kong. Located in Central, the 5,000sq ft restaurant serves an impressive arsenal of meats, including the signature noharayaki – a thin slice of sirloin that’s marinated in tare sauce before it’s swept over the grill and served with egg yolk.
