Welcoming crowded groups Balkon is a 2-story venue. The first floor is partially outdoors and partially covered by glass and the second floor features a large terrace overlooking all the buildings in Tünel and the Golden Horn. We strongly suggest going at sunset. The shabby environment offers every type of snack, appetizer, and cocktails you could imagine at great prices.
