Semolina

Tucked away in the basement floor on a Moda backstreet, Semolina has developed a reputation for having what might be the best Italian food in the city. They make their noodles by hand in accordance with Italian recipes, and also serve incredible breakfast, including an excellent omelet and a truly impressive take on menemen. The cozy ambience and friendly service makes one feel at home, but with much better pasta.
