Started by cocoa farmer and chocolate maker Lee Soon Cheong, Lee’s Cocoa makes small batches as it’s a very small one-man operation. The chocolate bars are made from pure vanilla beans, organic cane sugar and cocoa butter – which according to Lee makes all the difference. Make sure to also drop by its namesake chocolate café where desserts are not just limited to cocoa-based creations such as the volcano brownies (chocolate lava in a skillet with an ice cream-topped brownie), there is also the ice floss with durian and mango varieties.
