You always know the Boulevard Pool is hosting a concert because the bands are broadcast on the resort’s four-story marquee—acts like Nas, New Order and Ellie Goulding towering over the Strip. It’s an impressive view, but the one from inside the open-air venue, just above the casino corridor’s flashing lightscape, is far better. Book a VIP cabana if you’re not much for crowds, or wade into the energetic masses paying homage to their favorite musicians smack in the heart of the Strip.
