Faux-retro styling and casual ambience once made this tiny Hollywood bar a favorite among locals, but Clark Street Bakery's Zack Hall has taken the old MiniBar to the next level with craft cocktails and a shiny new disco ball. Open since May, bartender Sean Stewart takes a page from his former haunt the Roger Room with showy cocktails like the Mandela Effect (vodka, Aperol and peach purée), plus a couple of hard-to-find absinthe-based drinks. With an under-the-radar vibe and minimal space, this bar is best categorized as a "show me" bar, in Hall’s own words. "Ever been to Lily’s? Gosh, I’ve got to show it to ya."
