Plaques around the restaurant advertise the kitchen's fortes in humorous three-liners like "grass-fed beef," "steamy hot buns" and "hot potato love." But it's the burgers that speak for themselves: California-grown turkey burgers livened up with a hint of basil, Wild Alaskan salmon burgers, and, of course, the signature Lounge burger, with hormone-free beef, served on a whole wheat bun.
