Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) will be hosting the Winter Harvest dinner and auction in support of providing foodservice careers for the youth. The multi-course, farm-to-table feast will feature seasonal ingredients, as well as signature cocktails, local craft beer and premium wines. Enjoy a delicious meal prepared by award-winning chefs while supporting this great cause on February 8 at James Republic.
