After starting as a food truck, Waffles de Liege opened a brick-and-mortar in Old Town Pasadena, serving Belgian waffles with a twist to residents of this quaint city. You can start with an original, basic waffle (powdered sugar), or splurge on ice cream-topped variations, fruit waffles, nutella-smeared waffles and more. All of the ice cream comes from Fosselman's, another Pasadena staple.
