Slow down and see busy Beach Boulevard from a new perspective during this open streets event spanning seven Orange County cities. While the whole 21-mile highway won’t close, a cumulative 1.5 miles will be rid of cars on November 17 in La Habra, Buena Park, Anaheim, Stanton, Garden Grove, Westminster and Huntington Beach.
