Down the street from Miami Spring’s main circle is this homey cafe, whose name, sadly, bears no relation to Neil Young’s seminal album nor the Volkswagon Beetle’s particular shade of beige. Still, the health-food restaurant exudes an undeniable hippie charm, down to its veggie-centric menu and lush garden seating.
