Arthur’s Tavern has inhabited this funky little space for about 60 years, and it hasn’t lost the feel of a good-time, no-nonsense saloon. Free live jazz and blues make the two-drink minimum worthwhile, even on occasions when the music has little more character than an aging drunk. Best bet: the Thursday through Saturday early-evening piano slot featuring Eri Yamamoto.
