In French, “Le Salon” means “the living room,” which alludes to the space's intention as the restaurant was designed for New Yorkers to unwind and enjoy each others’ company as well as conversations. Walking past an outdoor dining patio draped in elaborate florals running across the corner of Greenwich Street and Harrison Street, visitors are welcomed by a full bar at the entrance. The spacious C-shaped booths cuddle the diners and give off a warm and intimate vibe, just like a cozy living room.
Accompanying the selection of cocktails, visitors will find a full menu ranging from casual bar bites to posh entrees. Mixing and matching textures and flavors, the menu includes worldly dishes such as truffle steak tartare (French), pulpo and chorizo (Spanish), 48 hrs short rib with fried polenta (French-Italian), le salon grilled branzino (Mediterranean), and a mushroom medley (Japanese, vegan).
