Gaia NoMaya is a new 7,000-square-foot social wellness oasis that recently opened not far from Prospect Park.
You can plan on spending a whole day here as there’s a lot to do. From yoga and meditation classes to spa treatments, sauna sessions and salt caves (Brooklyn’s biggest), the space is dedicated to all things health and fitness.
On top of that, there's also a cultural aspect to the endeavor as the destination is home to a vegan eatery, pop-up markets, art exhibits and will host live music events.
After all, even New Yorkers need to recharge every so often.
