What happens when EDM and symphonic music collide? You’ll find out at Ministry of Sound Classical’s upcoming concert in January 2026, where the tranquil lawn of Fort Canning Green will be transformed into a dance ground full of familiar club hits that are sure to get you grooving. But this isn’t your regular electronic music concert. Instead of the usual DJ sets, you’ll be opened up to a whole new experience with orchestral versions of EDM tunes that will send you straight to music heaven.

Gracing the stage at this chill outdoor jam is Singapore’s own Metropolitan Festival Orchestra alongside established vocalists and DJs from around the world, in a vibrant celebration of genre-crossing music and the love of dance. A teaser of the setlist: ‘Sandstorm’ by Darude, ‘Sunchyme’ by Dario G, ‘Insomnia’ by Faithless, and ‘Right Here, Right Now’ by Fatboy Slim, among many other electronic favorites.

Ministry of Sound Classical will be performing on Friday, January 23, 2026 at Fort Canning Green. The show starts at 8pm, but doors open at 6pm, so you’re advised to arrive early to snag a good spot. General admission is priced at $130, while priority and VIP tickets with dedicated entry lanes cost $190 and $310 respectively. Find out more and get your tickets here.
