What started as a small restaurant has now grown to a 12-outlet strong brand. At the forefront of Eighteen Chefs is Mr Benny Se Teo, who interned at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen in London. The restaurant also employs people with conviction background to help reintegrate them back into society.
