December at Marina Bay Sands is when the year’s glitziest celebrations come out to play. Tis’ the season where the entire integrated resort shifts into festive mode. Expect bold flavours, seasonal highlights and dining rooms perfect for reunions and year-end splurges – think tasting menus designed for special occasions, skyline countdowns that take the night up a notch, and holiday cocktails worth lingering over. And for New Year’s Eve, there’s no other place that offers the same breathtaking fireworks views in the city.

Here’s where to eat, drink and celebrate at Marina Bay Sands this festive season.

1. Indulge in a French Christmas Eve feast at Maison Boulud

Maison Boulud leans into French craftsmanship with its Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve tasting menus ($168 and $198 per person, respectively). Start the celebrations on December 24 with signatures like the indulgent Rock Lobster Thermidor with creamy spinach, a festive showstopper that captures the spirit of classic French holiday dining. There’s also the Saint-Jacques, a beautifully assembled medley of marinated Hokkaido scallop, sea urchin and caviar, finished with radishes and a delicate dill-gin emulsion. And of course, the Soupe VGE, a dish baked under a golden pastry cap and originally created for former French president Valéry Giscard d’Estaing.

On New Year’s Eve, the mood shifts into full celebration mode with a festive tasting menu priced at $198 per guest, paired with the option to add a touch of French elegance featuring Duval-Leroy champagne at $120.

2. Go big with CUT’s show-stopping Christmas lunch and New Year’s Day brunch

At CUT, the holidays arrive in prime form. The Christmas Lunch ($145 per person) centres on premium large format cuts, rich starters and sides built for sharing. On New Year’s Eve, the energy turns high-glam with a champagne-in-hand dinner ($298 per person) anchored by dramatic cuts and luxe seafood. The menu lends itself to soulful group gatherings and a memorable countdown together.

And if you’re the type who keeps the party rolling, the New Year’s Day Brunch ($125 per person) brings wagyu upgrades, indulgent plates and free-flow options ($88 per person) to ease you into 2026.

3. Savour Wakuda’s Japanese festive feast and handcrafted holiday cocktails

Shift gears into refined Japanese indulgence at Wakuda, where the festive tasting menu ($350 per person, available on December 24, 25, and 31) moves from Kyoto yuba with Hokkaido uni and citrus-marinated Canadian lobster to a curated selection of sashimi and sushi, before flowing into heartier courses such as steamed Patagonian toothfish with truffle and your choice of charcoal-grilled A5 wagyu or a creamy Hokkaido scallop risotto finished with uni sauce.

Over at Wakuda Bar, the celebration continues with limited-edition festive cocktails ($25, available from December 15 to 31). Snowfall Serenade blends citrus and cinnamon into a cosy, non-alcoholic winter refresher, while White Sleigh brings together Remy Martin VSOP, apple cinnamon cordial and banana-infused amontillado sherry for a rich, velvety sip. Naughty Rudolf, designed to mimic Rudoph’s red nose, shines with Hennessy VSOP, orange liqueur and a ruby-red wine reduction.

4. Party through New Year’s Eve with British classics at Bread Street Kitchen

For a high-energy NYE, Bread Street Kitchen brings the party to its chic waterfront perch overlooking the bay. The canapés alone set the tone. Expect mini Sunday roasts with Yorkshire pudding, lobster rolls, sliders and truffle-scented arancini to be making the rounds all night.

Live stations keep things moving with mini beef Wellington and mini fish and chips fresh from the pass, while the bar turns festive with dedicated Negroni and Margarita stations, a line-up of non-alcoholic cocktails, and a champagne toast at midnight. It’s the spot for social butterflies ready to usher in the new year in full swing.

5. Countdown to the fireworks at Spago

If you’re after something a little more elevated, head upstairs for Spago Rewind, the restaurant’s retro-inspired New Year’s Eve party that runs from 4pm till late. Perched at the top of Marina Bay Sands, the restaurant overlooks the skyline and Gardens by the Bay, offering one of the most coveted vantage points for the fireworks – best enjoyed with classic cocktails (from $25) like Run Like Hell and Forbidden Kiss, plus wines by the glass from $20.

Guests can enjoy the full countdown experience with their pre-reserved tables from 8.30pm (from $388), while walk-ins are welcomed with a complimentary drink and access to the festivities. There’s even a Best Dressed competition for individuals and groups of four, with winners walking away with a curated dining experience at Spago for 2026.
