And just like that, December is upon us. Before you wrap the year up with a bang, pencil in these unmissable events in between all your holiday dinners and parties. Aside from all the Christmas markets to get your shopping done, there are also other non-festive activities to look forward to. There’s the opening of Dopamine Land at Resorts World Sentosa, the return of Comic Con and a special Kpop Demon Hunters pop-up. There’s also a homegrown music festival for a chance to broaden your playlist with local artists. Blink and December might fly by, so make your last days of 2025 count.

Here are the best things to check out this month in Singapore.

Whether you’re team HUNTR/X or Saja Boys, this pop-up based on the popular Netflix animated movie Kpop Demon Hunters will definitely unite fans from both sides. The pop-up is part of an official world tour that’ll bring the experience to various cities, including Bangkok, Tokyo and Seoul, where it’ll kick off.

The event is more than just your chance to get exclusive merch, although we don’t doubt there’ll be plenty to get your hands on (we hear there might be hoodies, caps, keyrings, stationery and loads more up for grabs). But look forward to immersive installations that’ll transport you straight into iconic scenes from the film. Think set recreations and interactive elements that’ll bring the demon-slaying world and its characters to life for the very first time.

Funnyman Jimmy O. Yang is back by popular demand, after selling out his two-night showing in Singapore at The Star Theatre in November as part of the comedy festival Just For Laughs. The Hong Kong-American star now returns to our sunny shores for an additional third show. This time, he’s taking over the Singapore Indoor Stadium to bring on some extra LOLs to a bigger space and a bigger audience.

The shows are part of Yang’s ongoing Big & Tall world tour, where he’s also taking his standup gigs to Australia, Japan and Macau. Be prepared to belly laugh for an hour long to the comedian-actor’s quirky brand of humour, punchy cultural riffs and stories pulled straight from his life on and off screen. Yang is famously known for his roles in the HBO series Silicon Valley, Netflix’s Space Force and the film Love Hard. He’s also made an appearance in Jon M. Chu’s 2018 box office hit, Crazy Rich Asians.
