Inglewood Lausanne

Originating in Geneva as a family-run business, Inglewood now serves up its gourmet style burgers in an Americana setting in the centre of Lausanne. The patties themselves are fat and tasty, and the variety of toppings caters for most tastes - among the more inventive is a Greek-style option with feta salsa, aubergine and yoghurt. The buns, however, are a little on the dry side and the house sauce, which comes with many of the burgers unless you request it without, isn’t to everyone’s tastes. But these gripes aside, Inglewood is a welcome addition to the increasing array of gourmet burger bars in Lausanne.
