Find shelves of spirits including eau-de-vie, kirsch and absinthe, a fridge full of fresh cheese and double cream, and bags of chocolates, gourmet cakes and artisan savoury snacks. All the products are labelled with the farm or producer, so you can be sure you’re buying local, and just to ram home the point the place is decorated with wine barrels, cow bells, ears of corn and other rural Swiss regalia.
