Oyado Matsumura is only a 10-minute walk away from Asakusa Station, on a quiet street right behind Hanayashiki amusement park. There are five tatami rooms for up to two people each, and guests get to have the full Japanese experience with futon beds. The toilets and showers are communal, and the guesthouse has a casual vibe, encouraging you to mingle with other guests. Rooms are usually around ¥7,000 per night, but in off-peak seasons, you can snag them for as low as ¥3,000 per night. The rooms can also be rented out for photoshoots on an hourly basis.
