See famous Tokyo spots like Tokyo Skytree, Shinjuku Gyoen and Sensoji Temple all covered in snow

Snow isn’t a common sight in Tokyo, but we’ve already got our first snowfall of 2022. Right as things were winding down from New Year’s celebrations and people were heading back to work, temperatures dropped to zero degrees in Tokyo today (January 6) and we’re expecting to see around 6cm of snow covering the ground, according to NHK. Not to worry if you missed it – we’ve compiled some of the most beautiful images on social media today that show what a magical place Tokyo can be in winter.
