Russian food isn't the easiest cuisine to find in Tokyo, but Sungari has proved popular enough over the years to warrant this second location right on Yasukuni-dori. Of course, borscht and piroshkis grace the menu, as do lesser-known faves such as a salad with fresh veg and pickled herring. The drinks are worth checking out too, with a long list of Georgian wines and – you guessed it – vodka. It's a good place to stop for lunch too, with sets going from ¥1,000. Don't forget to finish off with some Russian tea and jam.
