Attracting around 600,000 visitors, the annual Hokkaido Fair is returning to Yoyogi Park with a plethora of booths offering fresh seafood and crowd-pleasing dishes from the northern prefecture. Treat yourself to a bowl of flavourful scallops and kelp miso ramen, delicious kaisendon (sashimi rice bowl), creamy crab croquette and ikura (salmon roe) over rice, and Hokkaido-style ‘zangi’ karaage fried chicken, just to name a few.
