Having one of those days where you need to scream into a pillow or throw something across the room? Feel Fest gets it. From December 19-21, The Jim Thompson Art Center is turning into a three-day feelings release zone where you can eat, drink, swing, throw stuff and basically let out whatever you've been holding in.

This isn't some serious therapy retreat, it's actually meant to be fun. The idea is to take a break from work drama, stop bottling everything up and just be with yourself for a bit. But you don't have to sit alone in a corner contemplating life. There's music playing throughout, art to look at, food to eat and activities that let you properly vent. Fancy drawing pictures? Go for it. Want to write angry letters and never send them? Do it. Need to physically throw something? They've got you covered.

The DJ lineup runs across all three days, which the organisers are calling your 'DJ therapists'. Sometimes you just need good music to help your brain switch off, and that's the vibe here.

There are also three workshops if you want something more hands-on. YogaCry Workshop (December 19, 10am-midday) mixes somatic flow yoga with emotional hypnotic therapy, and no, you don't have to cry, it's just about letting feelings move through you. BRAIN HACK 101 (December 20, 10am-midday) teaches you how to work with your brain instead of against it. Then Relation Chit 101 (December 21, 10am-midday) explores your relationship with yourself. Each workshop takes 30 people max and costs B1,290.

Feel Fest runs December 19-21, 3/F, The Jim Thompson Art Center, 1pm-10pm daily. Admission tickets are B490-1,490(for 3 days) and workshops are B1,290. Buy admission tickets and book workshops via here.
