Catch Paris' unruly Cendrillon collective take over Mod Kaew Wine Bar for one night only

Closing out 2025 with a wink rather than a bow, Mod Kaew hands the keys to its kitchen and bar to Cendrillon, one of Paris’ most unruly young food collectives, for a single night in Bang Rak. Known for cooking that feels slightly illegal in the best way, they arrive without a rulebook or a brief. This isn’t a neat collaboration so much as two scenes brushing shoulders and seeing what sticks. Expect a full à la carte menu dreamed up solely for the evening, playful and instinctive, refusing tidy labels. The bar follows the same logic, with cocktails imagined by Cendrillon alone, equal parts curiosity and nerve. Wines come from both teams, pulled from personal stashes rather than lists, chosen for mood rather than prestige. Come hungry, stay curious, leave with a story that sounds better the next day.
