Meet the wild side of cocktails at The Loft

Flowers and fauna have escaped into the drinks at The Loft, where The Floral Zoo turns artwork by emerging Thai artist Atia into 14 botanical-inspired cocktails. The green whisker riffs on a whiskey sour with saffron-infused bourbon, matcha and mango sticky rice syrup, topped with green tea foam that leaves a little green whisker behind with each sip. The night shadow takes a darker turn with rum, black sesame and a smoky presentation, while the dolphoma gives the paloma a pomelo-and-sea-grape twist. The magnolias, a white negroni variation with osmanthus and pandan soda, adds another floral flourish. Consider it an art exhibition you can sip, whiskers and all.
