New Year’s Eve 2025 dinners in Singapore

1. QT Singapore

What is it? A New York-style New Year's Eve celebration through and through at a stylish hotel in downtown Singapore.

Why we love it: QT Singapore offers a solid line-up of New Year's Eve deals and activities this year, starting with a four-course dinner at Cygnet by Sean Connolly. The spread begins with oysters and prawn cocktail, which the restaurant is known for, before gliding into signature mains. Diners have three choices: the fillet mignon with crème de volaille and asparagus, Dover sole with meuniere sauce and smoked mussels, and the chicken saltimbocca with foie gras and smoked mash. Make it extra fancy with free-flow Perrier-Jouët champagne, available at a $58 top-up.

Time Out tip: Start the celebrations early with a free-to-join pool party running from 3pm to 9pm, with vinyl sets by The DJ Dispensary. The hotel's gorgeous rooftop pool overlooks the surrounding skyscrapers, with a striking design that makes it perfect for photos. Or clink away at Cygnet Bar, which stays open from 5pm till 1am with bubbly and $1 oysters.

Address: 35 Robinson Rd, Singapore 068876
Expect to pay: $98 per person for the four-course dinner

2. Super Loco

What is it? Keep your New Year's Eve celebrations casual and fuss-free with Super Loco, a Mexican restaurant with two waterfront locations in Singapore.

Why we love it: You get to choose between two vibes – partying and drinking with the fireworks at Super Loco Customs House, or a family-friendly fiesta at the buzzy Robertson Quay. Over at Customs House, the party runs from 7pm to midnight with Mexican meat platters, octopus ceviche, desserts and free-flow festive cocktails through the evening. Not to mention, activities like table-side magic and even a special appearance by a Mexican "luchador" wrestler, bringing even more chaos to the function. It's a breezier affair over at Robertson Quay, where the kids can take part in face-painting and a piñata bash, while the adults graze on DIY taco platters with fillings like barbacoa beef cheek, coriander prawns, lion's mane mushrooms and more.

Time Out tip: The Robertson Quay countdown starts at 10pm (AEST, UTC+10), which is 8pm here, so the kids can experience the fun without having to stay up.

Address: Customs House, Robertson Quay
Expect to pay: From $75 per adult at Robertson Quay and $238 per person at Customs House

3. Highhouse and Nova

What is it? A sky-high New Year's Eve blowout at two iconic nightlife destinations.

Why we love it: If electrifying parties and panoramic views are your thing, then there's no better place to ring in the New Year than Highhouse and Nova. Start the evening with Highhouse's festive dinner specials, where seasonal dishes are served alongside the restaurant's usual à la carte menu. Pick from highlights like maple leaf duck breast and foie gras with chestnut purée, Josper-grilled maple-glazed Iberico pork collar with black truffles, and the dessert – the chestnut and mikan mont blanc with hazelnut dacquoise. From 10pm onwards on December 31, Highhouse comes alive with DJ beats by Zushan, Samrove and Chander Cheese.

Time Out tip: Take the party upstairs to Nova, the highest rooftop bar in Singapore rising 63 floors into the sky. The Last Sunset of 2025 runs from 6pm to 10pm on New Year's Eve, with sundowners to accompany the golden hour views. And after 10pm, it's beats by Lenerd, RedMoon and Harv that'll take you through the countdown and into 2026.

Address: 1 Raffles Place, Level 61 & 62, Singapore 048616
Expect to pay: From $88 for entry to Highhouse after 10pm

4. Pullman Singapore Hill Street

What is it? Pullman Singapore Hill Street is pulling out all the stops for New Year's Eve this year, with holiday feasts and drinks across three of its F&B concepts.

Why we love it: Kick off your year-end celebration with Madison's four-course New Year's Eve dinner. The feast starts with prawn cocktails and your choice between a wild mushroom risotto or clam chowder. Take your pick between mains like chicken leg confit and a Black Angus M3 beef renderloin, before ending on a sweet note with a nougat Snickers bar. The hotel's modern izakaya bar MOGĀ is offering a festive à la carte menu all month long too, with specials like roasted turkey breast, Angus ribeye steaks and strawberry pistachio cakes.

Time Out tip: El Chido's NYE Countdown Party is not to be missed. Perched on the hotel's rooftop with unobstructed views of the Marina Bay skyline, the Mexican pool bar is the ideal spot for catching the fireworks. Expect thumping DJ beats and tropical cocktails by El Chido to take you through the night into the new year.

5. Estate

What is it? A lavish buffet at the swanky Hilton Singapore Orchard, serving up quality meat cuts and fresh seafood.

Why we love it: Round off the year by feasting well at one of the best buffet restaurants in town. Estate at Hilton Singapore Orchard presents a luxurious New Year's Eve spread this December 31, stocked with an impressive seafood bar with everything from French oysters and Boston lobsters to Alaskan king and snow crabs. Make a beeline for the carving station to pile your plates high with festive roasts like crispy pork knuckle, stuffed turkey, venison loin and 12-hour slow-roasted wagyu prime rib. It gets even fancier with the likes of pan-seared foie gras, sous-vide wagyu brisket with truffle sauce and Boston lobster risotto. Round off the night in the restaurant's dessert room, where sweet treats like cotton candy, gelato, cakes and panettone are aplenty.

Time Out tip: Check out the other festive buffets which run daily across lunch, dinner and Sunday champagne brunch, from now till January 1, 2026.

6. L’Amo Bistrò del Mare

What is it? An elegant New Year's Eve celebration at this gorgeous new hotel set within the lush grounds of Fort Canning Park.

Why we love it: The new Mett Singapore hotel is tucked within Fort Canning, far enough from town to offer a slice of quiet and privacy, but near enough to Clarke Quay if you still want to feel the buzz and excitement before the clock strikes twelve. The hotel's Italian dining outlet, L’Amo Bistrò del Mare presents a special New Year's Eve dinner on December 31, featuring sharing plates of crudo with red prawns, oysters and diver scallop, before main dishes like the roasted guinea fowl with chestnut-truffle stuffing are rolled in. Enjoy live piano performances as you tuck into your meal, and free-flow Boizel and Krug Champagnes through the evening.

Time Out tip: Don't miss the memo – come dressed in your best gold and white fit for the occasion. And shimmy down to the Canning Bar & Lounge after dinner for DJ sets from 8.30pm till late.

7. Artemis Grill & Sky Bar

What is it? Celebrate the New Year in style at this contemporary European restaurant in the CBD, with panoramic views of the fireworks from 40 floors into the sky.

Why we love it: Choose between two seating options: early seating at 5.30pm which leaves you with plenty of time to hang out at the alfresco bar or head home to retire, or the 8pm slot for a buzzier atmosphere with the rest of the dinner crowd. This year's four-course dinner menu at Artemis begins with a Périgod truffle and comté toast, followed by appetisers like the Bluefin tuna crudo or duck liver terrine. Seconds and mains are luxurious and fit for the occasion – think plates of grilled Maine lobsters and wagyu beef cheeks, F1 wagyu tenderloin and Black Cod. Artemis is known for its solid vegan and vegetarian selections as well, and this year's vegan set menu is no exception.

Time Out tip: Save space for desserts like the dark chocolate gâteau and lemon and passionfruit semifreddo. When you're done with your meal, we recommend lingering at Artemis' gorgeous alfresco rooftop bar.

Address: 138 Market St, Level 40, Singapore 048946
Expect to pay: $198 per person for the New Year's Eve dinner set menu
