The best Airbnbs in Edinburgh
Look, when it comes to a destination that has it all, you can’t beat Edinburgh. Okay, maybe the weather can be a bit debatable and, sure, I’m biased after living here for over 15 years but come on – we’re home to the world's biggest art festival, incredible history and architecture, a food and drink scene that’s world-renowned and you’ll simply never be short of things to do here.
What’s the best area to stay in Edinburgh?
Before you hit ‘book’, it’s worth noting that no two parts of Edinburgh are the same. The capital's Old Town is full of magical gothic architecture, winding alleyways and dramatic medieval streets. It’s jam-packed with pipers, independent shops and cafes, museums and galleries – and that's just above ground. Underneath the cobblestones there are cavernous vaults to visit with ghost tours – if you’re feeling brave enough. Meanwhile in Leith, one of Edinburgh’s most popular neighbourhoods, incredible water-side restaurants are popping up at an alarming rate and you’ll struggle to find somewhere in the capital with a stronger sense of community.

The best Airbnbs in Cambridge
A trip to the city of Cambridge definitely delivers the historic, high-brow and whole-heartedly English experience you’d expect. Yes, the city centre is dominated by irresistible limestone buildings and, yes, the River Cam is crammed with the next gen’s Einsteins picturesquely punting along it, but it’s also a city with a thriving contemporary dining scene and some unbeatable pubs.

With all of Cambridge’s offerings, we’ve put together a list of the best Airbnb properties in which to stay. The best Airbnbs in Manchester
Manchester’s Airbnbs are as full of character as the city itself, where red-brick industrial grit meets creative revival and phenomenal food. From minimalist lofts with steel beams and city vistas, to rooftop terraces perfect for a morning brew (or an evening G&T when the skies clear), these Airbnb properties don’t just offer a bed, they offer memorable experiences.
But where in the city should you stay? Some of the best Airbnbs in Manchester include a boutique penthouse in the city center, a quirky houseboat on Deansgate and a modern loft in the Northern Quarter. For a more rural experience, consider the barnhouse in Uppermill or the highly-praised Alfred's B&B in Ramsbottom. The Northern Quarter is still the hip beating heart with vintage shops, cafes and effortlessly cool energy, Ancoats offers that same buzz with a quieter edge, and Didsbury is its cosy and cute neighbour. Step off the tram and into a flat where every corner feels deliberately decorated, your doorstep puts you front-and-center near Manchester’s best bars, galleries, restaurants and beyond.
